In her previous role as a Senior Director for a Fortune 50 company, Diane led talent management, employment branding, college recruiting, vendor management, leadership strategy and development and organization effectiveness.
As a coach, she works with diverse leaders to develop their skills and maximize their teams. Diane and her team have led numerous business performance improvement initiatives that have resulted in multi-million dollar savings and process efficiencies.
Diane is a dynamic facilitator and speaker; presenting at international conferences such as AQP, The Conference Board, and Human Capital Best Practices on the topics of talent management and organization development. She is a former member of the Conference Board’s Working Research Group: High Potential Talent. Her background in business roles and HR enable her to provide practical solutions to meet current and emerging business needs.
Diane is qualified to administer numerous leadership and talent assessments. She holds a Master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. She has the SPHR designation and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and ASTD. She also is a member of the International Coach Federation and completed intensive training through the ICF credentialed College of Executive Coaching. She resides in Cincinnati with her family.
Katha has over 30 years experience helping organizations be more effective. Her extensive experience includes working for SRA via Beckett Consulting, with the Marine Corps as one of her many clients. Katha was also the Practice Leader for Organization Development and Process Analysis for a Fortune 50 Company. She served in the Peace Corps with her husband in the early 90's, serving as a consultant for the Minister of Education. Katha holds a Master's degree from Villanova. She is certified in many assessments and training program.
Beckie has 15 years of providing performance consulting, coaching, training, and organization development. Her enthusiasm is infectious. She brings her passion, attention to detail, and customer-focused attention to all her work. Beckie holds a Masters from Bowling Green State University. She graduated from the CoachU training program. Her industry experience includes banking, finance, healthcare, insurance, marketing, education, and auto manufacturing.
Caroline has 16 years professional experience. She has played key roles in high change environments. These include managing merger and acquisition projects, opening new retail locations with $5M +annual sales, building a new division within a healthcare corporation, launching a new healthcare business.
